    Introduction
          As the important equipment on pellet production, SZLH350 pellet mill is specialized in pressing pellets for poultry and livestock feeding and common fish feeding with an annual output of 8 thousand tons, and this equipment is suitable for large and medium-scale feed mills and aquaculture farm.
    (Note: the calculated annual output is based on the following condition: )
             Material: corn;
             Moisture: 12%;
             Diameter of ring die hole: Φ4mm;
             Working hours: 8 hours per day, 200 day per year
         SZLH350 pellet mill has been improved and developed by summarizing salient features through years experience in design, combining with various advantages of similar machines both at home and aboard.
         This mill adopts continuous variable motor to control rpm, making it easier to regulate. It is equipped with external discharging mechanism and pressure oil pump lubricating system.
         Pellet machine manufactures with high output, low noise, low energy consumption, long operating life, convenient operation, and has magnet to remove all the foreign matter. In addition, overload protection is also been added, which can ensure a safe and reliable operation.
          Pellet Diameter
         This machine is equipped with dies of Φ3, Φ4.5, Φ6, Φ8, Φ10, Φ12, which can be chosen by user according to requirements. (generally, Φ3 for chicken, Φ4.5~Φ6 for pig and fish, Φ6~Φ8 for ox and horse). If necessary, users can choose dies with Φ2 or other custom-made size to suit your own requirements.

         Operation Process
    The following is the specific process of operation: prepared powder with about 13% of moisture comes into feeder screw (its rotational speed is adjustable) from hopper and next into mixer. After the stirring of shaft mixer and the mixing with steam, temperature of mixed powder will raise to 70~90℃, and moisture content to 15%. Then coming into feed chute and iron-attractive device, these powders will be purified since all foreign matter will be removed. Finally, all the powders will flow into pellet chamber, which is the place for press the pellets.

         Tips –Safety System
    The safety in the machine consists of Overload protection, Safety magnet, Pellet-chamber door protection and external discharging mechanism.
         Overload Protection
    When hard material or too much material enters into pellet chamber, pressure between ring die and rollers overweighs the common working pressure, causing the torque that main shaft bears overweighs the normal torque. This lead to the shearing force working on shear pin will excesses of its strength limit, which causing that shear pin breaks. Without shear pin, main shaft spline hub will start to rotate, touching stroke switch to stop the machine.
         Safety Magnet
    Safety magnet can attract some magnetic impurities from prepared powder before they enter into the pellet chamber. Safety magnet is surrounded by stainless steel, it is easy to install and dismantle.
         Pellet-Chamber Door Protection
    In order to avoid unnecessary injury caused by high-speed rotating die when opening the pellet chamber at working hours, a safety switch is installed on bracket - the left side of pellet chamber. When the door of pellet chamber is opened, whole machine stops completely since all the control lines are cut by limit switch.
        External Discharging Mechanism
    If is necessary to discharge material outside, it is helpful to pull discharging handle back to rotate chute and make powder in conditioner flow out rather than entering into the pellet chamber. This system is used for test run to find any exceptional situation before normal running. In addition, it can also be used repair the breakdown without stopping the machine.
